Very slow to download videos from (Android) Wifi keeps disconnecting during downloading videos (Android) Maps or GPS not shwoing on (android os) I don't recommend using this app on android phones it will corrupt your SD card Iphone IOS no issues all the above

A COMPLETE EXPENSIVE FAILURE. Never works hard to connect and unable to access videos easily.
Everytime the camera restart, the camera will reset to 1/1/1995. If one forgot to use the app to connect with camera, the date is forever wrong. Rhis is extremely important as date stamp evidance in case there is an accident. Hope the app team rectify this problem, it has been about 2 years this problem surfaces.. if this is reactified, it will get my 5 stars. thank u

Overall function is there. By the way, do anybody new how to close the rear camera security light?
Before or after update, the app is still useless. Time to replace my IRoad with BlackVue.
I spent top money on cameras I can't even access easily when required. No audio on phone when the Chinese DDPai was flawless at 2K resolution on my S8 galaxy, with sound. Never been able to get expensive OBD cable to work even after asking for help. Video is jittery and hard to navigate to what you want as there is no thumbnails used. A complete expensive failure.
